1) Initial Consultation: Either in person or by phone, you'll get the chance to really be listened to, by someone who knows exactly the right questions to ask. Just the Talent's Founder, Tawnya Austin, will put her many years of business management and development expertise to work for you, and help you decide if our offerings are a good fit.
2) Needs Determination/Discovery Process: After the Initial Consultation, the Just the Talent team will work with you to more fully understand your goals, priorities, operating principles, limitations, potential, and more. In other words, we'll get to the bottom of your business so that you can take it to the top.
3) Agreement/Proposal Development: From there, we'll create a customized proposal and plan for your review. It will specifically outline your objectives, what we'll be bringing to the table, and what you can expect.
4) Recurring Services: Depending on your needs, expectations and business cycle, we'll work with you on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or other timeline. This is something you decide, not something we impose. Every client is unique, and so is the service we provide. The only thing that is the same from client to client? Our dedication to your success. 5) Quarterly Benchmark Reviews: We'll meet with you on a quarterly basis to review our partnership and results. This will give you the opportunity to communicate with us directly about changes you'd like to make, and allows us to work together to refine anything we can to make you more successful. 6) Annual Strategic Reviews: Every 12 months, our Founder and a selected team will meet with you to set new goals, revisit priorities, refine plans, and figure out, together, how to continue to maximize on your partnership investment.
