Tawnya Austin, Founder Tawnya Austin, Founder of Just the Talent, is a Dallas native who has spent the last 25 years working in entrepreneurial organizations. Her many roles have included client services manager, project consultant, sales manager, product development, marketing, CFO, event manager, operations manager, and business manager. From start-up companies to seasoned organizations, she has knowledge of the entire business spectrum, and has had intimate involvement with every function of a small business.

Tawnya specializes in enabling companies of all sizes and growth levels to overcome internal and external roadblocks, reach beyond current success levels, and achieve greater results. She considers herself fortunate to be equally left-brained and right-brained, which allows her to simultaneously be methodical, practical, and calculating, as well as an expansive and limitless creative thinker.
